- a matched funding of up to $20,000 for Tailored Advisory Services to tackle specific issues identified by the review.

Profile:
- Extensive operational and managerial experience in small to large internationally focused manufacturing companies, particularly in supply chain and logistics management.
- High level consulting, mentoring and training experience across a wide range of industry sectors including wine, food processing, automotive, electronics and general engineering.
- Experienced in strategic planning, marketing and sales order planning, procurement, warehousing, inventory control, inbound and outbound global freight logistics and contract evaluation negotiation and management.
- Extensive use of enterprise resource planning packages.
Experience:
Donna was the Manager Supply Chain and Logistics with the SA Centre for Manufacturing and, most recently, the Department of Trade and Economic Development. This organisation is the primary source of advice and assistance to business in SA to stimulate improved business performance through innovation, building capabilities and skills, facilitating the application of world class products, processes and management practices and providing ready access to emerging global trends, tools and techniques.
As the founder of Logistic Advice, a successful consulting practice specialising in supply chain management, lean manufacturing and procurement strategy, Donna advised and mentored several globally focused manufacturers as well as small to medium sized companies.
Awards & Qualifications
Donna was the recipient of the LAA National Logistics Development Award, presented for her paper on The Most Significant Logistics Trend Affecting Australian Business. Donna was also awarded the prestigious Woman of Distinction Award in Manufacturing and Transport & Logistics. In the past she has served in a voluntary capacity as a Director on several Boards.
Donna has a Bachelor of Economics from Flinders University, the Company Directors Diploma and a Business Certificate in Supply Chain. She has also assisted in the development of the Supply Chain Diploma and Advance Diploma and provided advice in the Masters program in Logistics and Supply Chain Management.
